Campogalliano Glassalike | Italian Porcelain Tile
The Glassalike series is a porcelain 4x12 with a frame effect around the edges of each piece which resembles the shadow that appears around the edge of translucent glass tile. The reflective quality of the glossy finish further adds to the feeling of glass. The graphic is deceptively simple at first but (as best seen in a larger area) this tile has depth and movement created by the subtle shade variation and the undulated surface. The overall look combined with a soothing color palette evokes a deep sense of calm. The palette includes classic Bianco, a chameleon-like neutral Taupe and a deep, rich Blu. The Bianco comes in both Glossy and Matte.

Expect variation in color and size between field and trims. There is limited shade variation on the pencil bullnose; the shading is more uniform than the field tile.
Usage & Installation
Glassalike is intended for interior walls. As a porcelain, it may be suitable for some residential floors that do not require DCOF, but it should be noted that, as with all glossy glazes, it may be subject to scratching. This is especially true for dark glossy colors like the Blu. Care should be taken with handling and installation. It is important to work with layout, mixing pieces within each carton and pulling from several cartons, to get the proper blend during installation. Due to the different production techniques and times, expect variation in size and color between field and trim.
