Gazzini Briques | Italian Glazed Porcelain
Gazzini Briques is all about enabling playful creativity. With it we can make stunning showers and bathrooms that bring a feeling of zen relaxation. We can use it on kitchen backsplashes and fireplaces to add an earthy warmth. The long 2x18 rectangular shape is begging for people to create exciting new patterns, starting with herringbone and extending to wherever a designer’s vision takes them. As an R11 porcelain, it can be used for interiors and exteriors, walls and floors. As a traditional style product, the pieces have uneven surface texture and edges, as well as slight differences in the size and shape of the pieces; all of which add to the effect of a hand-crafted material.

Please Note
It’s never advisable to select tile from images alone, especially when viewed on a screen since they can look different on different kinds of screens. Pictures are provided to give an idea of the look and variation. Colors are intended as a guide only and may vary from actual tile. Sizes listed are nominal. Please check samples before making final selection and to get actual dimensions for layout.

Usage and Installation Information
Trim is made by cutting the profile from pieces of tile. Expect variation in color and size between field and trim.
To attain the proper mix of graphics and color, it is important to pull from multiple boxes during installation, rotate pieces, and note the placement of the different images to get the proper final blend.
The minimum recommended grout joint is 3/16”. It is not recommended to use spacers because the edges are irregular and there can be variation in size from piece to piece. Please note that the material is non-rectified. If using more than one item together, please check the caliber and be aware that you may have to adjust the size of the grout joint to make your pattern work.

The Dynamic Coefficient of Friction is a general guide only. Testing may vary with different production runs and with different testing labs. As noted in the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) the coefficient of friction varies considerably due to facts not under the control of entities such as the manufacturers and distributors. These factors include, but are not limited to, contaminants, slope of terrain, drainage conditions, adjacent surfaces, etc. Suitability for any installation can only be determined by a site examination of all conditions that could affect the slip resistance of the tile being installed. Continual cleaning and maintenance must be performed once the tile has been installed.
